Our property Valuations reports are highly accurate, and we provide our reports with estimate valuation for a 10 years period according to the actual Tourism Board, Portuguese Government Instructions and Economy.

All our valuation reports reflect a true opinion of market value. We compare the property with known sale and asking prices of similar properties in the same location, year of construction, taking into account the strength of the market, any special features and condition of the property and of the comparables.

The valuation report is often combined with a brief building report.
